about

On Friday, February 8, 2013, Providence received two feet of snow. Nine friends and one cat found themselves snowbound at Millhouse, a former brewery and current living and rehearsal space for A Troop of Echoes and Glowkid. After large quantities of Super Nintendo, beer, vibraphones, and cigarettes, five men took up their instruments of choice.

This group of five had never played music in this combination. No part of these songs had been pre-conceived. The songs are entirely improvised, channeled from the ether on a particularly snowy evening, fueled by nicotine and alcohol. Our intrepid bass player happened to turn on a nearby hand recorder, capturing the emergent songs. We hope you enjoy this accidental EP!
